The successful N3B Training Director (Learning Management System) will be responsible for analyzing strategies, programs, and processes for the effective usage of the organization’s training. Manage and ensure the timely completion of required training programs. Confer with management, teams and employees to assess training and development needs and the effectiveness of training programs. Develop testing strategy and program implementation for training participants. Actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate and enhance employee development and performance.
While working to achieve N3B LLCC objectives, the N3B Training Director will ensure all activities and operations are performed in a safe and deliberate manner to include protecting the confidentiality and integrity of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This role will maintain required safety, security and operational training; assure procedural and regulatory compliance; and make safety, security and quality an integral part of every task; including taking the necessary steps to stop work if continuing the job is unsafe or compromises security.
This position reports to the Engineering & Nuclear Safety Program Manager.
