This individual will work with a team of Regional Medical Directors and have oversight of our programs currently located in South Florida, New Jersey, Kentucky, Texas, and Colorado.Administrative Responsibilities include: Directly report to the President of Service Line Clinical oversight for all Ob-Gyn Hospitalist programs throughout country Direct a group of Regional Medical Directors Accountable leader for quality and practice optimization at our locations Develop a strong relationship with administration to help address client needs in timely manner Clinical partner to the Directors of Operations and Regional Medical Directors, and held jointly accountable for contract negotiations, financial stability of the practice and operations of the practice Participate in business development calls/visits, service line leadership huddles and roll out of imperative initiatives across sites Support the Women s and Children s division s vision, mission and values.Opportunity Details: Full-time Position Physician would optimally reside in either, South Florida, Texas or Colorado 100% administrative Frequent travel required Leadership experience required High risk obstetrics training and experience required OB/GYN Hospitalist experience preferredOpportunity Highlights: Highly competitive compensation package Opportunity to lead a talented and growing team Benefits to include medical, dental, vision, and 401k (Starts day 1) Malpractice insurance with tail coverage If you or someone you know is interested in hearing more about this position, please email your CV to Brianne Perciballi, , or call.
